Research Assistant: Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (Jul 2022 - Nov 2022); Proposed a computational strategy to integrate non-coding RNA networks with genome-scale metabolic networks.; Conducted literature reviews on strategies for incorporating miRNA data into astrocyte computational models.; Wrote weekly reports on progress and new findings.
